Return & Refund Policy


Herein Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) comes into force and results following its publication by Fevup Brands Inc. (“FEVUP”) on the website with the extension, and valid for those visiting the website and purchasing the products (“BUYER”).

  1. The BUYER has the right to withdraw within 14 days from the delivery of the product subject to the contract to him/her or to the person/organization at the address indicated, without providing any reason, provided that he/she clearly states it by phone or e-mail.


  1. In case the BUYER uses the option to return the product; the product must be sent to the SELLER's address within 10 (ten) days at most. If a contracted shipment company for product returns is specified on the Website, the BUYER is obliged to send the product with this contracted shitting company. If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the period, no costs will be charged from the BUYER.


  1. If the product purchased through the website turns out to be faulty, call center must be contacted from the online support section on the website within 7 days from the delivery date at the latest. Following herein communication, the faulty product received by us with the UPS cargo company agreement code AV5699-Eticaret-Merkez will be replaced with a new one.


  1. If the ordered product is faulty due to customer use or if the product was used within 15 days, the product will not be refunded. Please review the conditions on how to use the product. Do not damage the product surface, candle or candle wick. The product(s) shall be return as boxed, unused, complete and undamaged.


  1. The product(s) cannot be returned if prepared specifically for the BUYER, offered for sale and/or imported for certain days such as New Year's Eve, holidays, Mother's Day, campaign and promotional products. The BUYER completes his/her purchase by accepting these conditions.


  1. Return processes is initiated with the transaction upon the contact through the customer service (0 850 241 06 06).


  1. In order to return the products free of charge, a courier must be requested to the Customer's address by calling 0850 255 00 66 for the contracted cargo company UPS Cargo. For international sales, shipping costs are covered by the BUYER.


  1. In case of refund requests arising from invoice transactions issued in the name of a company that has a legal entity; The transaction can be completed by the relevant company issuing a return invoice in the name of Jane Clavis for the products to be returned.


  1. After the above-mentioned requirements are fulfilled by the BUYER, the SELLER shall refund all payments collected, including the delivery costs of the goods to the consumer, if any, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the goods subject to the right of withdrawal are delivered to the carrier specified in the preliminary notification for return.


  1. If the BUYER returns the products with a carrier other than the one specified for return, the liability shall start from the date the products reach the SELLER.


  1. If the value/amount of the products decreases or the return becomes impossible due to a reason caused by the BUYER's fault, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the SELLER's damages.


  1. If the campaign limit amount set by the SELLER falls below due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount used within the scope of the campaign will be cancelled.


  1. This Policy is valid for sales and transactions on the website; and the liability regarding the transactions and returns in physical sales belongs entirely to ZENGİN GLOBAL İÇ VE DIŞ TİCARET EĞİTİM DANIŞMANLIK LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. The SELLER reserves the right to recourse to ZENGİN GLOBAL İÇ VE DIŞ TİCARET EĞİTİM DANIŞMANLIK LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ in cancellations, refunds and similar transactions regarding physical sales.
